What you send us

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, any phone number or organization name you enter and your message. We use that to reply to you and to decide whether we can help. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

What the site collects on its own

Like most sites, this one records basic visit information such as the pages viewed, the type of device and the approximate region, to learn which pages are useful. It does not identify you by name.

Confidential information

Please don't send confidential details through the site. A message sent here does not create an attorney-client relationship and may not be protected.

Keeping and removing your message

We keep messages as long as we need them to reply and to keep records of who has contacted the firm. To ask us to remove yours, write to office@tollefsonvue.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, the updated page will replace this one.
